To register permanently, you’ll need to complete a registration form.
New Patient Registration forms, copies of identification and questionnaires can be emailed to the Practice.

When you register with us, it’s recommended that you provide information to confirm your:
- identity
- address
This means you can be matched to your existing NHS records. You shouldn’t be delayed or refused registration at a GP practice if you can’t provide identification or proof of address.
Anybody in Scotland can access primary care services at a GP practice without charge.
We are happy to accept new patients to the practice. Click here to view our practice area.
We may require you to make an appointment as there is often a delay in obtaining medical notes from your previous GP, so any medical problems or repeat medication can be recorded and the move from your old practice is made easier.
New patients may be asked to make an appointment to be seen if they require medication or have a complicated medical history.
Interpreter telephone service is available through Languageline Solutions.
